Meet our wonderful Kinder Preschools Nursery Team
Our team is headed up by Nursery Manager, Michaela Arnold, who has over a decade of experience in the childcare sector (with half of that acting as SENCO).
We like to think of our team as a family and so take great care to ensure each member not only has the required early years qualifications but whose attitude and abilities match Kinder Preschools’ ethos to create the most nurturing environment for your child.

Michaela Arnold
Manager
Michaela is a fully qualified nursery practitioner (Level 3) with over a decade of experience including as SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator).
She has been with us since the site was opened in January 2021 and has been pivotal in building our team and our evergrowing community.
Lema Begum
Deputy Manager
Lema is a fully qualified nursery practitioner (Level 3) with over 6 years of experience. She has previously acted as SENCO for her previous employers and was third in charge before making the leap to Kinder Preschools. We are so glad to have her as part of the team.

Deblina Niyogi
Early Years Practitioner
Deblina is a level 6 qualified practitioner with extensive experience in the field.
Joined Kinder Preschools November 2021.
Nargis Gilani
Early Years Practitioner
Nargis is a dedicated childcare professional with extensive experience. Currently working towards Level 3 qualified status.

Roohi Chaudhry
Early Years Practitioner
Roohi is a dedicated childcare professional with extensive experience. Currently working towards Level 3 qualified status.

Amy is a level 2 qualified practitioner who has worked across 3 different major UK settings.
